Improving livelihood of Tibetans in Tibet
Service Project program is aimed to improve livelihood of farmers and nomads in rural communities by supporting essential needs such as health and hygiene, dentistry and water and sanitation. These service projects often implemented by volunteers from local communities such as students and travellers who are interested volunteering. For example, we have worked with Rotary Club to bring clean water in villages; university students to build waste management facilities; dentists to provide dental care; engineers to install solar panels and general volunteers to organize site clean-ups.
Are you carious about what our current service projects? Have you ever been traveled to Tibet? If so, most people come back with warm hearts being touched by the Tibetan people that you have met. If you have not been to Tibet, we recommend you to learn more about Tibet, work that TVP does and get involved with us today.
